Warranty
Every Hydro-Flo Pro tool is engineered to perform. If something isn't right, we've got you covered under our 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Coverage period
Hydro-Flo Industries warrants each product against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and in accordance with product instructions.
What's covered

- • Component failure under normal use
What's not covered
- • Normal wear and tear
- • Damage from misuse or accident
- • Damage from freezing or over-pressure
- • Unauthorised modification or repair
- • Loss or theft
How to make a claim
- 1Email us at Info@hydro-floindustries.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue.
- 2Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect so we can assess the claim quickly.
- 3Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps — typically a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
This warranty is provided by Hydro-Flo Industries and is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
