How long is the warranty on Hydro-Flo Pro tools?
Every Hydro-Flo Pro tool comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials, faults in workmanship, and component failure under normal use when the product is used as intended.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or accident, freezing or over-pressurisation damage, unauthorised modification or repair, and loss or theft are not covered.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email us at Info@hydro-floindustries.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video. Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps, typically a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide. If you are outside Australia and interested in Hydro-Flo Pro tools, contact us and we will do our best to help.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery times are typically 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally run free-shipping promotions, which will be advertised on the site.
Can I track my order?

Product usage
What pressure washer do I need for the Hydro-Flo Pro Swivel Gun?
The Swivel Gun is rated up to 4,000 PSI and 160°C, so it works with most professional and consumer pressure washers. Always check your pressure washer specs and use the correct fittings.
How do I attach the Foam Cannon?
The Foam Cannon connects to a standard pressure washer wand or quick-connect fitting. Fill the bottle with your preferred snow foam detergent, adjust the foam dial, and spray from the top down for best coverage.
How do I maintain the swivel mechanism?
Rinse the tool with clean water after each use, allow it to dry, and store it out of direct sunlight. Periodically inspect the O-rings and seals for wear; replace them as needed to prevent leaks.
Is the Foam Cannon safe for all paint finishes?
When used with a pH-neutral snow foam and correct dilution, the Foam Cannon is safe for clear coat, ceramic coatings, and waxed or sealed surfaces. Always pre-rinse loose debris first and avoid letting foam dry on the panel.
